Welcome to Wishbao. By creating an account or using the service in any way, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Wishbao is a digital gifting platform that lets you design a digital envelope, attach a monetary gift or a brand voucher, and share it via a link. Wishbao also offers a Wishbao balance and voucher redemption.
2. Accounts
You may create an account using email, Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Wishbao balance
Funds received as gifts appear in your Wishbao balance. The balance can be used to send new Wishbaos, redeem partner vouchers, or be withdrawn to a verified bank account. The Wishbao balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.
4. Payments and withdrawals
Payments, voucher purchases and withdrawals are processed by third-party payment providers. Wishbao is not a bank and does not provide banking services. Processing times, fees and limits may apply and depend on our payment partners and your region.
5. Vouchers and partner brands
Vouchers offered on Wishbao are provided by independent brand owners or authorized resellers. Use of a voucher is subject to the terms of the issuing brand. Brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Wishbao is not affiliated with the partner brands unless explicitly stated.
6. Your content
You are responsible for the content you upload or write inside a Wishbao (text, images, video, audio). You must own or have the rights to share that content, and grant Wishbao a limited license to host and deliver it as part of the service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Wishbao to:
- commit fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- upload illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual or infringing content;
- harass, threaten or abuse other users;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or attack the platform.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that present a security or fraud risk.
9. Disclaimers
Wishbao is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishbao is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced through the product or by email.
